MTN New Whatsapp Lines

If you are an MTN customer, you may be aware that one way of reaching the company’s customer service is through their dedicated Whatsapp lines. These being previously five in number. Well recently MTN has upped the ante by adding another five numbers to these. Altogether, this takes the available lines now to 10. They are;

It should be noted however that in order to be able to make use of these Whatsapp channels, you must;

·        Have on your phone the Whatsapp application, so if you don’t, you will need to download it.

·        Your line must be an active Mobile subscriber whether prepaid or postpaid. The line should also be properly registered.

·        You should have sufficient data on your phone, since the Whatsapp service is data dependent.
