You see the
thing is, if you borrow credit (or data for that matter) using MTNs XtraTime/XtraByte
service, and have pending Xtratime/XtraByte debts to pay, if you then recharge
using the Awuf4U code, you will only be eligible for Awuf4u bonus on the
reminder of whatever credit is left after the credit owed must have been
deducted. Still confused? Okay let me explain.
Lets say you
borrowed N200 and then recharge N200 using *888*PIN#, no airtime will be
credited to your Awuf4U account because the N200 is used to pay back the
airtime borrowed.
On the other
hand, assuming it was N100 you borrowed and you recharge N200 with *888*PIN#,
N50 will be paid back for airtime borrowed and then 300% airtime bonus of the
remaining N150 (=N450) + N150 (balance from recharge value) will be credited
into Awuf4U account. Accordingly, the customer will have N450 in his Awuf4U
account.
Hope this
has been of help.
